SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
This Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is issued by Practical Exterior Maintenance to the Customer receiving power washing services. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and outstanding results. If you are not fully satisfied with our work, we will make it right.
1. Guarantee Coverage
Practical Exterior Maintenance guarantees that all power washing services will be performed professionally and effectively. If the Customer is not satisfied with the service results, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
a. Reassessment & Touch-Up: If the Customer notifies Practical Exterior Maintenance of any concerns within 48 hours of service completion, we will inspect the affected areas and provide a one-time touch-up cleaning at no additional charge if deemed necessary.
b. Alternative Resolution: If we determine that the issue cannot be resolved through additional cleaning, we will discuss a fair and reasonable resolution, which may include a partial refund or other corrective measures at our discretion.
2. Guarantee Exclusions
This Guarantee does not cover:
• Pre-existing stains or damage: Stains caused by rust, oil, heavy grease, oxidation, or other permanent discoloration that cannot be removed through standard power washing.
• Structural or material limitations: Damage or staining due to deteriorating surfaces, loose paint, crumbling concrete, or other pre-existing conditions beyond our control.
• Environmental factors: New dirt, pollen, mold, or mildew accumulation after service completion due to weather or environmental conditions.
• Customer neglect or interference: Issues caused by actions taken by the Customer, such as applying chemicals or other substances after the service.
3. Claim Process
To submit a claim under this Guarantee, the Customer must:
1. Notify Practical Exterior Maintenance in writing or by phone within 48 hours of service completion.
2. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Allow us to inspect the area and determine the best resolution.
4. Limitation of Liability
Practical Exterior Maintenance’s liability under this Guarantee is limited to providing a touch-up cleaning or an alternative resolution as determined by us. No further compensation for damages, incidental costs, or indirect losses will be provided.
5. Agreement Acknowledgment
By using Practical Exterior Maintenance’s power washing services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Satisfaction Guarantee.
